I have been in the film space since 1995. Collaborating in the mediums of film (short format - commercials and long format - features, soap operas and dramas), as an Art Director / Wardrobe Master / Props Master / Action Vehicle Coordinator / Set Dresser & stills as Stylist.
I have worked with South African and international production companies from start-up to award-winning.
I also run my own event studio, Hare Curated, for several years now (my second to be more precise) and I continue to service several curated clients. I have recently expanded my service offering at my event studio namely Bespoke Rentals (of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and a linen range which are still limited but being actively expanded). I have also taken my love of floral arrangement to the next level by upskilling myself in floral design by attending all of Jill Manson Floral Design courses from beginner to advanced, and the wedding, and then lastly the event course; and I have been certified for all of them. My deliving into floral design spurred an interest into growing flowers that are not locally grown and are niche florals. I focus on imported seasonal blooms like Anemones, Ranunculas, Poppies that bloom in late winter/early spring. And for the summer/autumn blooms I focus on dahlias and zinnias. These corms, seeds, tubers, plants and blooms are for my own use, but also for florist at wholesale and to the public at full retail.
I create a carefully considered and curated team for any of my projects and are passionate about what I do, and it shows in my work and proven record of accomplishment. No matter if it is FILM / STILL / EVENTS AND NOW FLORAL DESIGN.
